Surgical procedure

Surgery will take place in one of the ultramodern clinics where our doctors work. The operation usually lasts between 1 and 5 hours. The type of anesthesia used and the anticipated duration of the procedure will be discussed with you at your first consultation. If the thigh and buttock lift is extensive, general anesthesia will be required. In most cases you will stay in the hospital for 1-2 nights.
The surgery starts with an incision along the upper thigh. Usually, although the incision can be extensive, it will be placed in a position that will allow you to wear a swimsuit without the scar being visible. Then we’ll remove excess fat and unwanted skin. The incision is sutured and a gauze dressing and a compression trouser are placed.

Recovery after thigh lift
